Profile
Bram Vuylsteke first obtained in 1993 a master in civil engineering, specialization computer sciences at the Catholic University of Louvain (KULeuven), but in order to broaden his field of interest, he then started studying law in evening course at the Free university of Brussels.
After obtaining his master degree (1997), he then completed his studies with a master in Notariat (1998) at the same university. He then spent part of his apprentice-ship in Dresden (Notary Michael Becker) and in London (Scrivener Notary William B. Kennair).
As of 2003 he became a candidate-notary and was appointed a Notary in Riemst on September 1st, 2004. Bram was a General Council member of the UINL from 2007 until 2018. He is also a member of IRENE.
Since March 9th, 2018, Bram is part of a notaries’ association with Maarten Bunkens. This way, he aims to specialize more in the field of estate planning and integrating new IT capabilities in the notaries’ profession.
